UNIFLAIR RECRUIT FOR DIVISIONAL SALES MANAGER – DRY COOLERS

Uniflair are a well-established and innovative supplier of technologically advanced cooling solutions primarily for critical environments.

An exciting opportunity has arisen to develop and grow a dry cooler division, alongside our successful chiller & CRAC business, offering a range of dry and adiabatic coolers from a leading established Italian manufacturer.

The ideal candidate will have extensive industry experience and a proven track record in delivering cooling solutions to the commercial & industrial building services markets.

The successful candidate will identify, develop and leverage existing business relationships with design consultants, contractors, mechanical engineers and end users to reach and exceed revenue targets.

Reporting to the National Sales Manager, key responsibilities will be:

  • Overall responsibility for the sales of dry and adiabatic coolers into the UK
  • Support the established sales team to promote dry and adiabatic coolers on both a technical and commercial level
  • Liaise with the factory to develop and further strengthen the relationship
  • To promote the full Uniflair range of cooling products including chillers, CRAC units, In-row cooling and indirect air economiser solutions alongside the primary focus of dry and adiabatic coolers
  • To continually develop, add value and build on their networking list of established and potential clients.
  • To develop, plan and organise sales strategies to grow business levels
  • To offer innovative solutions to enable product specification at design stage.
  • To attend network events and exhibitions.
  • To arrange, organise and present CPD events.
  • To attend regular sales meeting at our Southend-on-Sea offices

Occasional international travel will be required to attend factory visits in Italy and occasional overnight stays within the UK may be necessary to support the local Uniflair sales resource and/or further afield clients.

Strong technical knowledge, development of self-generated leads and a provable delivery of high value projects will be a distinct advantage.

The working language of all our suppliers is English therefore the ability to speak Italian is not necessary.
